Q: What can I expect from a reading?

A: You can expect honest, straightforward, down-to-earth insights.  Specific answers to specific questions, and complete confidentiality.  Phone readings are usually 1 hour (but can be scheduled for 30 min, 60 min or 90 minutes).

Q: What do I, the client, have to do?

A:  Step1:  To schedule an appointment, you can call the Appointment Line (512-288-4117) or send an email to alyssa.alvord@gmail.com.  If leaving a phone message or sending an email - make sure you leave the desired day/time and the length of consultation you are wishing to schedule.

Step 2:  For phone readings, you just call the Client Consultation Line (512-288-4075) at the predetermined appointment time, Alyssa will answer, and the reading begins right away.  It's helpful if you prepare your most pressing questions ahead of time, and have a quiet place to be on the phone uninterrupted.

Step3:  You, as the client have a responsibility to be open, honest and ready to receive information. 

Q: Is my personal information kept confidential?

A: Yes, completely confidential.

Q: How do I pay for my reading?

A: By credit card on the Services page of this site, immediately following your session, or by making other pre-scheduled arrangements with Alyssa.

Q: Does Alyssa read tarot cards or do numerology?

A: Alyssa does not regularly use tarot cards, and does not use numerology or astrology in her readings.  You receive straight-forward information without any distractions.
